IVG Shader (v0.5)

This shader, like my other shaders, should be able to run on any device. This is based on the PXBE shader (PXD shader), which is no longer in use. IVG is an abbreviation for "Improved Vanilla Graphics."

lights effect entity's too

Caustic effect (better seen ingame since it moves + waving are included)

Light sources are blue underwater
