MCPE/Bedrock NewTools Addon V2

Hello this addon is something old so I decided to update, adding compatibility with the new versions and new codes that we currently have in minecraft, adding new tools and armor with effects and abilitie

With this command / give @s new: you can add you can get the items that this addon implements
