Ever wanted death to be more punishing? The SEMI-HARDCORE mod adds just that! Now when a player dies, they no longer can just go back and get their stuff, because it is all gone. Players will now have to be very careful and be forced to play it safe. This add-on is for those looking for a challenge!
This addon requires the gamerule keepinventory to be enabled to clear the player's items after death. The addon will attempt to turn on keepinventory but it will fail if cheats are not enabled in the world.
You do not need to have cheats on to turn on keepinventory. Simply turn on cheats when creating the world then turn on the keepinventory setting and then turn cheats off again. More information on how to do this is below.
You CAN use this addon in maps/mod packs as long as you credit MagmaSlimeMC and add a LINK to this page. No need to ask for permission ?

Turn on the "Activate Cheats" toggle (we will turn this off later):
