To construct your very own Dragon Warboat, you'll need to do:

Pretty cheap! If you don't have a dragon head handy, any mob head will do the job. Banner color doesn't matter at all. You can repair your boat with iron ingots.

The Massive Crossbow targets mobs on its own. The arrows it shoots out will go through multiple mobs, as long as they politely line up. I'm sure they will.
