You'll know if there are enemies around you trying to attack you (except player entities). If you use certain items, you can explore more entities in a wider area.This range can be changed to a specific item.

This addon will automatically alert you by checking for entities that target you around 10-12 squares.

Search is possible even if it's not a vanilla entity.(but not perfect)

Using a specific item will identify entities within 5-100 squares that consider you an enemy. An item that detects an entity unconditionally and an item that changes the detection distance are also added.
