Yep,it is true. You can prank your friends as herobrine through this addon This addon adds 10+functions to the game which can be used, it is user friendly and easy to downloadNote:1.Dont use it to scare people, or even on faint hearted people2.This is not made for halloween purposes(I don't believe in it)3.Please give credit if showcased on youtube4.with the help of this addon you can summon herobrine dummy,herobrine pig,fake msg,fake join msg etc   

 

To use it,first, go to the chat and type /functions

Then,these function commands will appear:

The numbers wrutten in every command are the different block ranges(For eg:In SH10 the number 10 is ten blocks in front of the player)

1.SH10

2.SH15

3.SH20

4.SH25

5.SH30

6.SH5

The above commands SH are used to summon a dumy of herobrine in front of you with different radius each,note that the block range will always be infront of the player(for eg:in SH10,the herobrine will summon 10 blocks away,infront of the player)

7.creeper5

This will summon a creeper 5 blocks infront of you

8.gold

This will give all players 1 gold ingot

9.join

This will create a fake join msg 

10.k

This will remove the herobrine dummy.

11.l10

12.l5

The above two commands will summon lightning bolts at their respective radius.

13.lag

This will tp only some blocks away which will give the impression of lagging

14.left

This will send a fake left msg

15.msg

This will give a fake msg said by herobrine

16.p-5

17.p10

This will summon a white eyed pig which will have more speed than a normal pig

18.z10

19.wither

The above two commands will summon wither and zombie.
